"Their coffee was one of the best cups I had. I bought some of their coffee beans as a gift to my sister, and she liked it as well. The only problem I had with the store is that they only accept cash when their Google page listed cards as accepted payment. Please fix this. It was my last stop before my flight, so I didn't have much cash on me. It really ruined my experience here."

"One of the best specialty coffees in Penang. They have own roasters. Place is simple. Barista was quite helpful in explaining about the beans for us. We also had waffle with butter & honey and it was so good. Surprisingly, there was also banana filling inside the waffle. Latte and filtered coffee were great ! We will visit the place again next time we are in Penang."

"Very nice and cozy cafe just to sit down and chill with a cuppa coffee or you can also order a coffee and do some work or reading. A bit small to cater for larger group or people though. Coffee is definitely good and you can also order some snacks like muffin or cookies. Will definitely go back again if I am around in the vicinity and I need a cuppa coffee"

"Only a handful of shop that roast their own specialty coffee in Penang, Reframe is one of it. Their speciality drip coffee has more pronounced flavour (which the tasting notes are displayed when ordering) rather than the typical bitter coffee taste that I experienced else where. The espresso coffee(not sure what bean was used) has bold flavour and soothing taste. Milk based coffee overall has neutral taste."

"Very friendly and knowledgeable. Coffee is great. Came in to see if they had some light roasts, but ended up tasting a few of their specialty coffee from Ethiopia, Colombia, Brazil (cold brew and V60). Barista explained a bit on coffee processes like anaerobic and carbonic maceration (CM), the way it changes the mouthfeel and body of coffee, and so on. Overall, wonderful and would recommend."

"A good cup of coffee varieties with a cool atmospheric ambience of CAFÉ and Production feel in the entrance with coffee bean bags at the counter. Service was good and cafe mocha tasted nice . SEATINGS area is spacious with working space also available inside. Situated at the arena curve lots of car parking (TnG card entry)outside of this Cafe. Those who're staying in BAYAN BARU AND LOOKING FOR PURE COFFEE VARIETIES FRESHLY MADE TRY THIS SPOT ONCE ."

"Went there for coffee & a waffle, both are good! The coffee is delicious Would try their pourover next time. They also sell beans online and they roast it themselves. Quite underrated & I love how quiet it is. Interior a bit meh though. But would visit again."
